Hey everyone. We'll be trying to launch back into our Jr. High and Sr. High specific activities this week. Check below for details on where you're meeting!
Jr. Highs You'll be meeting this week at Central Baptist (9419 - 95 Street). We'll be playing some games together and spending some time in our small groups! If you haven't be out to a HOUSE NIGHT before, this would be a good time to check it out (excpet that its at the church and not in a house - but what do you do! Come anyway!) For more info on this you can get in touch with Etienne Boucher (780-901-5847). As usual, we run from 7-10pm! Cya there!!Sr. Highs You'll be meeting at Peter and Kirsten Shepert's home (3469 - 87 Street). We're planning to kick off the new year with a WORD night, and do some brainstorming on what you guys would want this time to look like. As always, we'll snack a bit and have some fun too! Happy New Year everyone! Hope you're just LOVING being back at school! LOL! It feels like it's been forever since we've all hung out, so let's come back together in style! And what better way to do that than to make some movies together! Yep, that's right... MAKE YOUR OWN MOVIE night returns to CSM! Last time we had a pretty epic winner, lets see what we can do this time around! If you have some stuff you think would make sweet props or costumes, bring it! Friday, December 2, 2011 This last weekend was amazing. Storm the Castle is certianly as epic as it sounds and we'll put it in the vault to do again sometime! This week we're going to dial back into houses in our Jr. and Sr. High groups. The Christmas season is upon us and we hope to spend some time digging into how maybe we can do more than just shop and get caught up in the frezie of the season!
Jr. High HOUSE
Jr. Highs.. you're going to continue meeting at the Turnbull home. They live at 4703 105a Avenue. Your primary contact for Jr. High HOUSE NIGHTS is Etienne Boucher (780-901-5847). If you would like to know about any car pooling options please get in touch with Etienne or Jud ASAP. We likely won't be able to help if we only hear about it the days prior! Sr. High HOUSE

Friday, December 9, 2011 - WASBASIN It's been a while since we've come together as the whole group for some worship, small groups and some teaching. This is sort of a preparation thing for our Spiritual Retreat, but even if you aren't coming, for sure come! There'll be a chance to sing and worship or if your not into that, even a chance to just sit and think or journal. We've been trying to dial into Jesus and His teaching in our HOUSE NIGHTS and at CENTRAL BAPTIST on Sunday mornings, so let's continue to grow deeper in our undersnading of who He is and what wants OF us and what He wants FOR us!

Get ready for a battle of epic proportions! We've done this activity before and it ROCKED!! Come dressed in your best medieval garb, grab some friends and get ready for battle! If you have access to flattened card board boxes bring as many as you can find!! Call some stores and bring some more!! It's going to be GREAT! Prizes will be awarded to best costumes and most triumphant warriors! Come ready for ACTION! Cost: $0.00 Friends: The more the merrier! Times: 7:00pm - 10:00pm Where: Central Baptist Church (9419 95 Street) RSVP: It's be great if you could let us know you're coming via FACEBOOK or EMAIL.
This Friday the Jr. Highs are hitting up West Edmonton Mall's Galaxy Land for a sweet action party! Tickets are on sale for the night so we're heading over! A few details for you... Cost: $15 Friends: Invite them! Times: Meet at Central at 6:30PM to get in on the rides. Get picked up back at Central at 10:30PM. Forms: Please make sure you have your Letter of Consent and if you bring a friend they have theirs. RSVP: We need to arrange rides, so let us know you're coming via FACEBOOK or EMAIL. Also: If you want to meet us there, that's fine, but YOU MUST STILL TELL US YOU ARE COMING AND MUST STILL HAVE A FORM!

Sr. High - ABA CAMP CAROLINE RETREAT
So the Sr. Highs are heading to Camp Caroline for the ABA Sr. High Retreat. If you haven't registered for this, I'm sorry, it's too late. If you have registered, I have have your info and will be emailing you by Wednesday to give you transportation details!
If you are not going on the retreat but would like to go to the WEM Galaxy Land you can do that. Tickets are onsale at the door for only $15 on Friday only! The Jr. Highs will be going so maybe you'll see some of them there. There may be some option for you to jump in on transportation with the Jr. Highs, but priority will be given to Jr. High students.
